At Baddie Sticker Studio, we take stickers seriously (well, not too seriously). We believe that life should be filled with fun, laughter, and a touch of quirkiness. That's why our stickers are designed to bring a little bit of magic into your everyday life. So go ahead, express yourself, and let your personality shine through our stickers!

We ship worldwide from what is colonially called Canada. While primarily available online, the shop is currently physically located in Ohron:wakon, which is the Kanien'kehá:ka name for the land on which the colonial city of Hamilton, Ontario occupies. Our commitment is to aid decolonization efforts, especially in Haudenosaunne territory.

We donate a portion of our profits on anti-colonial products to:

Our smol shop run by a Filipinx QT (that's me!) who's all about spreading a love for all things quirky, fun, and badass. My name is Theresa and I'm a PhD student who runs Baddie Sticker Studio between my research writing blocks. I'm a lover of stickers for my weekly planner. I couldn't find artists making the stickers I wanted to decorate with - so I made them myself!

Our shop is smol. We ship from what is colonially called Canada. It uses Canada Post as its delivery service. It can take Canada Post between 3-20 business days to deliver all mail (and yes, sometimes that includes tracked packages). 3. How can I use the stickers?

The possibilities are endless! You can use our stickers to personalize your laptop, phone case, water bottle, notebook, or any other smooth surface. Get creative and show off your unique style!

Yes, our stickers are made with high-quality materials that are waterproof, dishwasher safe, and weatherproof. This means you can confidently use them on items that may come into contact with water or be exposed to the elements.

The longevity of our stickers depends on various factors such as the surface they are applied to and how they are cared for. Generally, our stickers are designed to be durable and long-lasting, providing enjoyment for an extended period of time (4+ years outside).

Yes, our stickers are designed to be removable from most surfaces (waterbottles, laptops, cars) without leaving any residue behind. However, it's always a good idea to test a small area first to ensure compatibility with the surface you are applying the sticker to.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return and refund policy? 

Hey there, sticker lover! We totally get it, sometimes things just don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your sticker purchase, we've got your back (and your wallet) with our refund policy. Now, before we dive into the nitty-gritty, let's set some ground rules:

✧.* Return Policy

First off, we can only offer refunds on unused stickers, stationery, and accessories sold on BaddieStickerStudio.com. We know it's tempting to slap those stickers on everything in sight, but if you want a refund, please resist the urge to sticker bomb your entire world.

Secondly, we ask that you reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your items. And we must be notified within within 72 hours from delivery of any defects.

Thirdly, please ensure that your return request applies to one of the following return criteria. You will have to also describe how your return meets at least one of these criteria in your email. Please note that if your request does not fall within these requirements, then we will not process the refund.

Covered Not Covered
Tracked lettermail and/or package has not arrived. Please provide the tracking code with your return request email. Untracked letter mail has not arrived and/or incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/delivery attempts, or other errors created by the customer.
Defective or damaged unused sticker, accessory, or stationery. All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and stickers must have their original paper-backing. Gift cards.
Incorrect product shipped to the customer (Oops! We're sorry!). Sale (marked down) items.

✧.* Refund Policy

Alright, now let's talk about the refund process. It's as easy as pie (or should we say, as easy as peeling off a sticker?). Just shoot us an email at baddiestickerstudio@gmail.com with your order number, a quick photograph of your stickers, and a brief explanation of why you'd like a refund that meets the return request criteria above.

Once we receive your email, our team of sticker enthusiasts will review your request. If everything checks out, we'll send you a return label so you can send the unused stickers back to us. And don't worry, we'll cover the return shipping costs. We're all about spreading sticker love, not extra expenses.

Once we receive the returned stickers, we'll inspect them to make sure they're in tip-top condition. As long as they're unused and in their original packaging, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Keep in mind, it may take a few more days for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Oh, and one last thing. We can only issue refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase. So if you paid with a credit card, the refund will go back to that card. If you used a different payment method, well, we'll figure something out. We're pretty resourceful sticker enthusiasts.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through BaddieStickerStudio.com or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Shopify or any third party services you access through Shopify. You can reference the Shopify Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

I. To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Shopify to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information, if you contact me directly.

II. I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and

i. With Shopify. I share information with Shopify as necessary to provide you my services. And with Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
ii. Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

IV. I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 2 years.

V. I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the Canada, the US, and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
